Expeditions and other fieldwork

The Malayan Nature Society is organizing a Scientific Expedition to Belum on the Northern border of Perak with Thailand to take place for one year after about August, 1993. It is intended to prepare an inventory for biodiversity for the proposed National Park, not a general collecting trip. Specialists and other serious visitors are expected within a reasonable period to stay for an extended time to study a defined, limited subject and to prepare a report for the inventory as soon as possible.
