BRIGGS, BARBARA G. Following retirement from the position of Senior Assistant Director (Scientific) at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney, Australia (NSW), is continuing research on Restionaceae and allied families as an Honorary Research Associate at NSW. Ms. G.J. Harden has acted in the (retitled) position of Senior Assistant Director Plant Sciences until Dr. T.J. Entwisle took up the position, moving from MEL in October 1998.
