Persoonia - Molecular Phylogeny and Evolution of Fungi , Volume 13 - Issue 2 p. 185- 188
Pseudoarachniotus echinulatus is classified in a new genus Mallochia of the Eurotiaceae. It also shows affinities to Narasimhella (Gymnoascaceae) and Eleutherascus (Ascodesmidacae).
