Persoonia - Molecular Phylogeny and Evolution of Fungi , Volume 6 - Issue 3 p. 313- 339
Pholiota septentrionalis is transferred to the genus Conocybe, under the first available name i.e. P. intermedia, the taxon Conocybe intermedia var. brunnea is validated and given specific rank. The differences between these two taxa are given and a new species, C. fibrillosipes, is described. The new Section Intermediae is proposed and incorporated into Conocybe subg. Pholiotina. The name Conocybe appendiculata Kühner 1935 is validly published and a full description given. The following new species are described: Conocybe fimicola, C. flexipes, C. pinguis and C. stercoraria. The identity of Galera mycenoides is discussed.
