A new record of Carex praecox Schreber along the Twentekanaal

In the Netherlands Carex praecox is a very rare and endangered species. Along the Twentekanaal, near the river IJssel in the province of Gelderland, a new pocket of this species was found. Here it grows at a southern slope of a sandy-clayey dike in an open grassland community.
