Blumea: Biodiversity, Evolution and Biogeography of Plants , Volume 39 - Issue 1/2 p. 373- 384
Paspalidium Stapf is reduced to Setaria and five new combinations for the Malesian species are proposed. Setaria parviflora (Poir.) Kerguélen is a very polymorphous species and, among others, includes S. pallide-fusca (Schumach.) Stapf & C.E. Hubb. Setaria sphacelala (Schumach.) Stapf & C.E. Hubb. var. sericea (Stapf & C.E. Hubb.) Clayton is renamed.
