New forms of Lepidoptera from The Netherlands

Since the publication of the first ten supplements of the Catalogue of the Netherlands’ Macrolepidoptera a number of new forms have been discovered among the species treated there. Some of them will be dealt within this article. Sphinx ligustri L., f. cingulata nov. Upper side of the abdomen with uninterrupted black rings; the black lateral bands are lengthened so as to meet one another in the middle of the back.
