Distributional and ecological new data are provided on 10 out of the 14 known Cylindera species of the subgenus Leptinomera Rivalier, 1961. Moreover, a new species, C. (L.) virgulifera spec. nov., is described from Sabah and Sarawak, northern Borneo.
