These specimens, collected by Mr. H. R. van Heekeren at Beru near Tjabengè (Sopeng district), between the Walanae river and the Singkang depression, about 100 km Northeast of Macassar in Southwestern Celebes, have been entrusted to me by the Head of the Archaeological Survey, Prof. Dr. A.
